Jen did not care for exercise (at all) until she found Pilates. Pilates made her think about how and why her body moved as it did, which fascinated her. Pilates suited her and she stuck with it changing her body and improving her entire life. This drove her to learn more, eventually becoming an instructor. Jen does her best to bring her personal enthusiasm for intelligent exercise to every client session because of her personal experience that it works.
